- Rates are inclusive of daily complimentary breakfast from 8.00 – 10.00 am.
- Rates are net inclusive of 7% government tax
- Rates are for single and double occupancy only
- The maximum of 3 persons is allowed in each room, except for Sea Balcony Suite in which 2 extra persons are allowed. An extra person will be charged 1,000 baht per person per night
- Children under 12 years of age may share a room with parents for an extra charge of 500 baht per night, including breakfast. Children under 5 years of age may stay in their parents room free of charge
- The resort reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice

Arrival & Departure
- Rooms are available for check-in at 14.00.
- Departure is at 12.00 noon
Early check-in or late check-out is subjected to availability

Reservation policy
- Due to our small size, a 50% deposit is required for the room to be reserved.
- During peak holiday periods (Songkarn and New Year), the full amount is required to be prepaid in order to reserve the room
- Deposit paid is non-refundable

Sea Front & Sea Breeze Villa (1 bedroom + Pantry)
Indulge yourself in one of our refined Sea Villas for the ultimate pleasure and comfort. Admire the full beauty of the sea and our garden through the large floor-to-ceiling windows that surround your villa. The large porch area outside your bedroom door gives you an extra space for you to enjoy the serene environment.

Sea Balcony (1 bedroom)

Our Sea Balcony Suite provides the perfect place for you to find your respite. The room is simply overflowed with sea breeze coming in from your private balcony overlooking the aquamarine sea. Charmingly decorated with an adjoining living and pantry area, this room gives you abundance of space for you to rest and recharge.

Sand Terrace (1 bedroom)
The cozy Sand Terraces are designed to be your haven of carefree comfort. With lovely furnishing and essential amenities, the room is completed with all the required necessities to make your stay memorable.
